grand show champion ynda's Indian-summer-song    'melody'

BISS/RBIS GRCH Ynda-N-Colton's Patron-Saint, ROM-EX   x  GRCH Ynda's Steals-The-Thunder, CGC

Once upon a time, there was a girl who was SO special, she was marked by God.  Jeannette tried to wash the mark out, and Marti tried to cut the mark out, but God said, "Oh no, this is MY mark."  And so it came to be that Melody carried the mark of God for all to see how SPECIAL she was.  And she came to be my sister-dog, and my friend, to ease the pain when the time came for her grand-mama sister-dog to journey on ahead.  And she came to be my guardian in the night-time.  And it was my job to watch over her and keep her healthy and happy.  And she was named an Indian name after her mother, Steals-The-Thunder.  And she was named to honor Andy and Doreen's last Yellow girl from England, Strinesdale Melody.  So she became Indian Summer Song, and we called her Melody.  But she was SO FULL of herself and of the joy of life, that many times we have to call her SCHMelody........

This is Melody's favorite story, the one I tell her every night at bedtime.

Melody, like her mother Tango, is a once-in-a-lifetime-girl.  We adore her.
